An election changed her comedic outlook, and perhaps her comedic career.

Comedy is all about.

Timing.

As the saying goes.

Christina Anthony is the benefactor of good timing and greater talent. The
Second City e.t.c. revue in which she performs is garnering the type of belly laughs usually reserved for the sharper, more polished Mainstage cast.

At one point in "Brother, Can You Spare Some Change?" Anthony and co-stars Amanda Blake Davis and Laura Grey perform a slinky Supremes-esque musical number about finding love online. Playing the Diana Ross role, Anthony sashays into the audience with all its fine gentlemen out there. It's a master class in musical improvisation—rhyming on the spot while shimmying.  Read more
