A growing network of diverse leaders
Our Alumni represent more than 4,000 examples of how we're changing the face and practice of leadership in communities across the country.
More than 80% of Public Allies Alumni continue careers in public life. Alumni are also twice as likely as their peers to be engaged in civic life and social change that strengthens communities.
Just as we believe that everyone leads, we believe that leadership never stops.
This is how we accelerate our Alumni Network into becoming an active, growing force for social impact:
1. Support the career and leadership development of alumni to help them address issues in their communities and excel as leaders in the social sector.
2. Cultivate connectivity amongst the network to help facilitate peer learning, professional effectiveness and lifelong affinity for Public Allies.
3. Consistently engage alumni in volunteering, as in their skills, resources and network to the community at large and/or to Public Allies.
4. Invest in alumni entrepreneurship and innovation that can lead to new ventures with sustainable and scalable impact.
